The only good part of his run was the stairs. His swing over the jump boost is trash and has to stop his sprint jump in the water trap. He broke his wr by .4s doing nothing special somehow. Also his ping is like 30ms at best, vast majority of western EU players are pinglords

1. you get super good stairs

On pc u can hold w and a/d to go diagonally, the joystick allows better diagonal control. Going at a slight diagonal is slightly slower, I use it when I need to slow down a bit to set up for a jump

Basically the diagonal sprinting let's me keep my sprint jump without stopping it to slow down slightly. Or I use it to move to the side instead of turning the cursor, either way it would be the same as travelling at a diagonal

I highly doubt it matters unless ur excessively doing it which just slows u down. The point of it is to slow myself down a bit to set up or move left or right if needed for where I need to be. Diagonal sprinting is slower than just turning the cursor and then sprinting in a straight line again so ig some momentum is lost but no enough for it to matter imo
