This issue is aware of and unfortunately for now in the meantime you just have to queue into another waiting-room. That waiting-room is likely down to players not joining at the time that you were playing. Most likely whenever a waiting-room fills up with 20 players, and you queue a little later, it can bring you to those sort of private waiting-rooms.

① Use the command /q DR to enter into another open waiting-room.
② Join a region that is most likely more busier.
③ Go to the hub using the glassbottle and rejoin Death Run.
