Apparently no, depends on your ping and how strong your device is. On the other hand, if you flew far enough from the map, you'll get kicked out. Or bumping on something while flying too fast

If you are confused where the runs are, it's on individual levels
To submit them correctly, make sure you have a name, writing your record time, don't do anything on In-Game Time, it's only for other categories. If you have a video, upload them to YouTube published or unlisted. If you have a screenshot, use any image share without expiration through description
Note: If you use mobile but a controller, go for PC/Console category because you're using a controller to run.
