HOWEVER, if you're playing in a custom server, you must also prove to us that your leap cooldown was at a default 300 (15 seconds) and not changed.

Video evidence is still the best in all cases because you can essentially prove all of these things to us at the same time

I mean, when I get death(and I don't requeue, which is what I do most of the time), I target people that get clumped together, which still helps speed runners, as they're usually apart from the crowd, and gets me a decent amount of kills

Yes it counts as a speedrun, all speedrunners of death run use this trick, takes a lot of the rng factor off with the deaths. You just have to make sure though that the only things you change are the map and the amount of deaths, you need to have this proof in your run if you are submitting to speedrun.com. Hope this clears things up! 🙂

You are actually able to screenshot the podium once you’ve finished with your chat scrolled up to the settings you have applied to the custom server. You can even record a video of you just simply scrolling up and showing your chat, obviously starting from your time to the part that the server was created. It’s fine though, I didn’t know this either before but all three work.
