Likely not a bug and ultra kill is indeed hard to get. Should focus on a large amount of people with the falling stair and poison trap to have a high chance of getting ultra kill

Years ago the builders took the Java version of Cave and refurbished it to be easier for Bedrock. This looks like a version of the map that was only halfway done. The first half of the map is the bedrock version but the rest is Java's version
