It's pretty easy. You just have to play and you will get it with time. You'll passively gain xp from all the checkpoints that you pass through.

A lot of people say it’s not, but

The rounds there are 2 minutes maximum

So it’s pretty easy even without plus to do 1-2 levels per day(starting from 35+)
