You should play cs all the time and make 200 alts like me, that's how I get wr, if lucky I get it on my main account. Remember, practice is the key for everything. You will eventually be better than other players on specific maps of your choice. You just need to get really good at a map, and you will for sure have a wr. It doesn't depend on skill all the time, it also depends on ping. That's why I don't have every wr on mobile.
