Don't requeue if you're death. Death is actually the best way to get XP if you use him correctly. Don't frontgaurd whoever you think is in 1st. Instead, you want to try to reap as many kills as you can per trap usage

You'd need to get multiple kills per trap. Amount of kills doesn't necessarily mean you'll get lots of XP. A monster kill (which i think is like 6 or 8 kills in a single trap) will give you more XP than if you were to have gotten those 6/8 individually. Ideally you'd want a high amount of kills while using as little traps as you can. And you're wrong about 4 minutes of being death. Remember that the timer gets reduced to a minute after 1st place crosses.

It could go both ways to be honest: death>runner or runner>death. It'll depend on the map and stuff because not all maps reward the same amount of XP as a runner

But I think people who know how to play death like that player shouldn't pass up on being death. You ARE more likely to be a runner too. I definitely don't think requeuing until you get death is a reliable or consistent way to get XP just cuz of how low your chances of being death is. But I mean if you happen to get death, cool.
