But that's a team of volunteers who may have other commitments, such as family, school, or even real-life jobs. Hacking can also be blatant or extremely subtle, so each case is widely varied. I can assure you that the team of Moderators we have are some of the most hardworking and diligent people that I've ever met, and they both understand and have empathy towards your frustration.
