Hot take: Bed megas and any megas mode (also sky) should be 8 players and NOT 12 (or 7) Here is why:

• Party maximum size is 8, you should be able to play a game with a maximum size party without getting random teammates
• 12 is the amount, where it's not significantly more chaos than 8, but the game loses control, and individuals can not overly do too much. It's just an awkward number (either make it bigger or a bit smaller)
• I wouldn't mind a bigger megas game, than 12. As it is just meant to be more chaotic

^^ besides alting is still VERY possible on console, plus the fact that level does not even equal skill. You don't even need to hack to be alting and still gain an unfair advantage by beating new players. It's a casual game so let everyone queue everyone except for console distinctions

There are a ton of explanations why a level 1-50 is gonna be better at the game than a prestige 2. You don't need to block them from matching. Low level queues will feel like a mess of alts, and very wrongly placed players and not being able to queue dodge will ruin that.

It's not like the game is ranked. As much as I prefer good opponents I don't care if they don't want to play against me
