• you can easily jump people with your momentum or break out of a combo with such movement
• you can bypass 1000x easier and play agro and take free beds
• it only costs 6 ems

• and, people cant run from you because you are simply faster than them

so its an item that allows you to press your loot advantage and control the loot, WHICH IS very very overpowered

so it not only saves you ressources (like gold) so you can afford arrows without nerfing your armor; but gives you a pretty good item
