Bedrock itself only has a selected amount of items that can go in your offhand, they would basically have to rework the Minecraft code itself. Also all java versions use offhand

With the spear there's so many projectiles you don't even rly need to get into melee encounters for a final fight, you can just spam projectiles instead which is just boring

Game sense already mattered more then raw PvP for being good at bw but now it's even less about PvP with so many projectiles imo

you can just run with wings and spam spears and fireballs at anyone chasing you

I see what you're saying and I agree. The wind charge is a let down because of how inconsistent it is, I wish the fireball and windcharge both would be the same as hypixel bw. I'm glad the spear is seasonal, i think it's fine if it gets a nerf where it costs more, doesnt do block destruction and less damage
