If our Appeals team has looked into a punishment for a second time, they have reviewed all evidence for it and decided that the punishment is fair and that the account has broken the rules. Platform-based Matchmaking

The Hive uses platform-based matchmaking (PBMM) for PVP games.

Queues that have PBMM enabled will split players into three groups: Touch, Console, and PC.

PBMM is automatically disabled when a game-type has under 200 players in it (measured per queue-type such as solos, not per whole game). This is re-evaluated every 10 minutes.

All PVP games utilize PBMM except The Bridge (Solo), which uses skill-based matchmaking. You can read more information about this here.

Becoming a Hive Helper

Helpers are active players that have proven themselves to be mature, knowledgeable, and above all, helpful. They are the eyes and the ears of the server, and help advise the management team of anything happening on The Hive.

They are constantly kept in the loop about updates, things to look out for, and everything else that they can use to make The Hive experience better for the players. They have a blue name color in-game, along with the [Helper] suffix.
