you can't exactly say he's boosting because one of the main way people grind bed wars is through squads, with good teams they party with. he wouldn't have to do much which can explain his low kill count and bed count, and games on there get as low as 3 min a game fast, and if his stats alone aren't enough to prosecute him especially without evidence it's unfair to someone to say their boosting with no solid evidence, especially when anyone could get stats like that just by simply having a good party and having their teammates do all the work. (or most of it anyway)
