it shouldn't be based on levels, levels don't indicate skill and it would just lead to high level pc players getting on alts and murdering lower-leveled players

and the queue speed won't be too slow since console players on keyboard and mouse would be grouped with pc players under ibmm and mobiles on controller with other controller players so queues would be much more evenly distributed among the input types

it's the most fair way to do it

where the only factor is skill

and also hive should force a dc prevent

but they'd just make a new acc once they got too high
