The first part was a legit clutch.
The second part, scaffolding. Look at where the head is, it's not possible to place blocks from looking at that angle, they're looking straight down while blocks are being placed at the side, if you zoom in on the video you see, at the very top as well at the end of the clutch the movement is tp like, they clip to the top of the two blocks at the end.
