You do it with Custom Servers. It works like this:
Step 1) Run the command /cs and create a Treasure Wars server.
Step 2) In the Game Settings menu, go to Shop Prices and set them all to 0 (Make sure to click Submit at the bottom, instead of pressing B.)
Step 3) Change other settings that you want, such as disabling treasures. If you wish to come back to these settings, you can also save them as a Preset.
Step 4) Invite friends and start the game!

I think there’s also another way to do this by turning off screen animations! I’m glad there are ways to do so because the UI can get to me sometimes haha
