to jump reset you hit your jump key at the same time you get hit which leads to taking next to no kb, I'd suggest practice in sumo CSs to get the timing down and be cautious jump resetting in pubs, especially early game when you're a 4 hit, since if you get the timing wrong you just jump which makes it easier for your opponent to combo you :)
