Again, I cannot comment on how Microsft handles the case reviews as the process is entirely outside of our control and happens completely separately to us. We have no involvement in the server suspension process, it is entirely handled by Microsoft.

Support teams will always do a case review typically because they have multiple difference cases to get to, and they need to thoroughly investigate each case. They have to review each case on a 1 to 1 basis before coming to a full conclusion. That’s just how support teams typically work
