Of course 50 games is pretty ideal situation with roundings so the actual number will be less than that

If you can blip from any height, that means as long as your position is right you can do it anytime
If there is a set height for blip, then you need to use the falling speed to find out at what conditions can you blip

Like lets say you need to be at x.000 for height when you blip
If the falling speed is like 4.269 blocks per second, then sometimes you will hit x.000, other times it is x.abc
