I'll show how to set it up tmrw!! I'll practice more in a CS and will try and beat it to make sure but I'm almost positive it's possible.

You use the slime and go onto the larger lily pad above it, fall dmg doesn't count so you can get on a block high enough and run to the side, jump off and land into the portal

Not the fastest route even if executed perfectly, though if you're trying to do as many waterless maps as possible there you go LOL
