This is likely because you've waited too long. Normally you have to choose whether to try and use other powerups (like jump boost and leap) or use a teleporter, because if you wait too long the teleporter won't work.

Nice! Always a good choice to save the teleporters 'till the end. Another tip, if you are already guaranteed to win because you have enough teleporters, waste your other powerups (especially leaps) to get more powerups for XP.
