I spawned three ducks with !spawn and it said i missed, and another duck spawned, i tried to shoot it and it said miss again, how to fix this? I am losing a lot of EXP

and in the middle of killing a moad i miss it and do not get to defeat it anymore

Note that it's random chance whether you hit or miss, based on your Accuracy stat

well even my accuracy is 54% it still misses most of the time
