-+ Omega is only the punching bag of ZX Essence because after his Replica was hastily made and used to save Zero's life, his abilities and powers were immediately sealed/removed, deeming his Replica to be completely civilian based. This was Ciel's way of making sure another Copy X incident doesn't happen again.

-+ Giro can still one shot Omega, and it's not due to the civilian model. Its just how he is.
-+ Valk does exist in ZX Essence. Harpi in her eyes is her little lovebird (and she's his lovebird). Why lovebirds? Because lovebirds are found in pairs ✨

So essentially, Giro only goes to the lab because when the old four were stolen and being fragmented, L happens to still remember where the base was, which was then compromised and well abandoned. She remembers seeing Grey there so Giro and her go to find him.
