I think between 700 to 1000 HP, we can only get V3 chips unfortunately. It a poor design because it make getting V1 & V2 very hard to get

Like could I use patch cards to get to 1000 hp or nah

The problem is it's the V1 & V2 chips I am looking for. Since V3 is easy to get since most players collect HP memory.
