the headphones are way louder, but the weight it way annoying after not using them for awhile. An issue is that with the headphones I'm finding it really hard to hear the bass guitars in busy sections of songs unless I focus on trying to listen for it, I think that issue doesn't really happen with the in ears so I prefer them for that. quality is about the same which I expected and I don't really have any of the knowledge or experience needed to comment on tuning or anything
