What are you doing with the objects when this happens?

in my case what happened was i put an object into the zone, then it was reset using Reset Object and despite no longer being in there it was still detected

I'll get a picture

Does it happen 100% of the time?

yes, here is an example where one object with one tag is in the zone yet it detects another object not present

and here it doesnt detect the object at all

(list contains "target" is wired up to Trigger Volume Get Objects)

Can you please update your repro steps to include what you are doing with the objects entering the zone?

Resetting them is important. The bug does not happen otherwise
