Look, i've already went through it all, they allowed the racism, they were the first person I told a day prior to becoming owner, they were against Derf until they became owner, even promoted him after all of it, did nothing about him still after he banned me, never got an apology, they gave Cass literally every server role, Cass does concept art why do they have every role while some people aren't given roles that best suit them, they are literally bias toward their friends and will support them more than other staff, they spread false information even up to now and they don't even know the first thing about game design, they're like a figurehead, getting owner all of a sudden shouldn't be an excuse for all of this because days after, they're still causing issues for people.

As someone who was able to see the staff and dev chat I can kinda agree, I have nothing majorly against haven but there is a few things I noticed before my staff was removed for something I wasn't apart of but ill explain that after.

Haven was very disorganized and doesn't have any proper structure set up for development, staff, or anything else tbh, staff and dev were practically the same thing which imo shouldn't be the case, almost everyone on staff team was a developer and anyone who was a mod but not a developer like what I was, I could see all of the dev chats ect due to them using the same channel for both. Other then that overall haven had alot of internal conflict and issue during my last week of being staff with them and it really stunted development as they were too busy arguing internally rather then doing their jobs and sticking to their departments.

The only thing I have against haven is my staff getting removed due to a raid I wasn't apart of and when I contacted someone to get it back i was told to provide proof that I got it from the original owner and was staff ever since 44-100 members, I was told I would get my staff back since it was temporary, I asked how long temporary was and I was told a week which in my opinion is kinda wild, idk why it will take a week for me to get my staff back when it should have never been removed in the first place.

Once again I have nothing against haven so for every haven staff/developer reading this please dont come after me as I am purely stating a observation from my time as staff, if you have a problem with what I said my DMs are open and I would be happy to talk about it.
