7 years ago I started rec room. I was 12. Struggling in school and home life. Now I'm nearly 20, qualified tree surgeon with 2 motorcycles and a car. After all this and the hardships I've gone through what's the things I remember? Hairymanlegs coming to my dorm on one of his dorm visit streams, my tech and gadgets class that taught me some goofy things but made me laugh, my old group of ragtags and misfits helping shape me into a more mature (ish) lad. Fast forward to today I'm sat in the company van with a sausage Sandwich and a bottle of apple juice looking across the Somerset views typing here. Thank you Devs, the lot of you for giving me and many others probably struggling also a chance to shine and be ourselves. It worked and though not for everyone it did for me and many others. As of June this year me and my buddy who I met on rec room will be starting our own business caring for trees. Peace out and do your rec room best!

I met him on a few occasions and had a few conversations with him. Very down to earth, sensible bloke. Mad respect for him as I bet the pressure he gets is insane
