How come when i turn on VPN i can join other rooms because theoretically It would just send me to my dorm.Also I can hop on VR.but it just won't let me log in because it says unable to connect to rec .net

Because they always send you to your dorm when you're banned and give you a message but I can't even log in without a VPN.
