THIS IS NOT FUN AND CERTAINLY ISNT FREE
ANYMORE i remember I started playing 2021 when i first got my ps vr and it was really fun especially for a game with little to no in app purchases (at the time)
but now it’s just a cash grab with NOTHING FUN ANYMORE especially (A with his slop games)
You don’t care about your players anymore you only focus on money and creators with rr studio and UGC perms makerpen creators get no attention anymore unless there slop games with the creator having 5k subs or more

My point is this games slogan should be
“RECROOM this game doesn’t care about you unless your popular” - Me that’s what it should be

I’m also at this point 99% sure they DONT look at chatter because if they saw the amount of complaints they would have fixed them by now

I’m genuinely so confused by the amount of people who act like the old rec room is gone, all the old games are still popular and the reason they focus around UGC an all that stuff is because they want users to be creative in all sorts of ways

Only reason old games would not be popular anymore is if the creators didn’t put in the effort to keep the game up. Thats the creators fault. Rec Room games continue to improve and blaming rec room for that because the OG game creators can’t be bothered to update their games Is kind of dumb.

There's literally not a thing in RR youre required to buy, RROs never went anywhere; players just decided to stop playing what they didnt care about anymore, players love to shout at RecRoom with "Cash Grab!!", yet they LOVE to play games like Ignited [insert name] or Escape from [Etc]. Scream "Fix your game" yet the only things that are truly broken are player's common sense. Players have to start taking accountability in the fact that they make up 80% of the life force of RR, and yet the blame RR in a way that theyre not at fault for. Yes, RR still has things to polish and tweak, but let's be fr. We make the games, we play the games. We have free access to everything to play in RR, yet players complain when they see RR trying to make profit on a free platform. They need to keep the lights on somehow, dawg. RecRoom never had to be free, so let's stop acting like RR costed you a fortune.

also the UGC program is a way to keep talented people in the game by giving them a form of compensation for their work, you don’t have to buy anything they offer, but the people that do help out those UGC creators
