Look I may not understand how optimization work but THE PSVR ALREADY RUNS FINE why do u need to discontinue the vr, just rely on the feedback if there are any optimization issues, and yes I used the psvr to make my account and played on it for long time, if there are any visuals that u need to add just release it to the beta testers and let them test, let them report what's the issue with the lag and can u just give us options to customise the resolution and the game quality and render distance, that would have fixed it

They recently upgraded to unity 6, the PSVR doesn’t support that as well as many other games. It’s why it’s been discontinued on so many other titles

You can use PCVR with a PSVR2 if that’s what you mean

You can connect your PC to your PSVR2 and it can run that way

It would run from your PC, not from the headset. So you’d use the steam software to run it
