That's the only way we know of to fix the timber bug.
Many other people have come through here, and the few that did factory reset told me that it worked.

But, before you factory reset make sure know all your passwords and stuff
also make sure your date and time settings are set correctly, thats what error code: timber is supposed to be for, incorrect date and time settings on device
