you need to rebake the navmesh
make sure the invisible walls are taken into account

but do you know whats causing the AI to struggle to move?
like where it just spazzes out
I just did so ill see
it still struggles to move a lot
its not colliding anymore though

Are you constantly setting the target?
its only constantly checking if theres someone infront of the ai
but when it gets to that specific space is when it does that
The way ai enemy's in recroom works is a bit finicky.. setting a target sometimes stops after some seconds.. not sure if that's whats going on with you. If you have your ai to automatically chase players, might be overdoing what your ciruits are telling it to do.
You'll need it to be a black canvas, no chasing no nothing, speed and such should stay the same. Just don't let it chase players from its configuration menu. Do everything with circuits, like tell it to chase the closest player. Start Combatant behavior chip and allat.
I can try to replicate what you've made since you posted your circuits here..
