Hey man, this is witch hunting. Please make sure you send these clips to Zendesk and not the discord, as then they can be harassed and given the attention that they want.

Also, yeah I hope it's obvious they're not a developer and are impersonating staff. These are both skids (script kids).

Players are using cheats clients to grant themselves the unlisted developer badge, which allows them to bypass all anti-cheat flags. That's why they seem like a developer, they're not.

At this point your best idea is to just move on, block the players involved and Zendesk will send a message to your email/in-game notifications box letting you know they've been actioned.

I don't know. I'm not a moderator. As explained above, they will tell you if they get actioned, but due to privacy concerns will not tell you who was actioned or what action was taken.
