#Ban appeal don't make sense

I got banned and I made an appeal but the ban was only 2 days on RR help center under player safety and moderation it says ban appeals will take 1-3 days to be reviewed and the decision to be made I got a couple questions

  1. Who is making the bans in the first place ai or human?

2.who makes the decision to keep the ban or remove the ban

  1. What are you guys banning for in specific

  2. And finally why 1-3 days my ban might be over by then or it maybe half way done so what's the point

Appeals are usually for longer bans, and it tells you why you were banned

  1. We don't know, not really anyone's business. However usually it's human afaik.

  2. We don't know, again not anybody's business.

  3. They tell you in your dorm room, in the Code of Conduct and Creator Code of Conduct what bans are dealt and why (mostly safety and keeping the community excellent).

  4. Have you ever worked at a post office? No, well let me tell you they get HUNDREDS OF LETTERS A DAY. Letters take time to stamp and send to the destination, right? Maybe days. So imagine now doing that as a support agent, digitally, and for usually nonsensical ticket requests. Yeah, that's why it takes days. There's probably hundreds of tickets a day, and not every person can respond to them instantly.
