how do i get a hold of one rec room staff my account was hacked

Unfortunately you cannot contact staff in this discord server, please do not ping anybody from the Rec Room team, they do not respond to bans, mutes or reports here.

As for your account, unfortunately you cannot do anything. Your ban is final, and if they've denied your appeal Rec Room is set on their decision to keep it banned.

I recommend for any other games you play (because you're banned here) to have Two Factor Authentication enabled to stop hackers from entering your account. You can usually find this in account settings.

You can try submitting a ticket to Zendesk, but regarding bans they usually only deal with it via ban appeals.

i sent a ticket already it just the problem is that i was not on my account when i got ban it was the hacker

and i sent that already to a ticket and it got denied and i show them proof of my others tickets to tryna resest password and my trying to make them disable 2fa cause the hacker got on my account and enable it

Unfortunately, as I said, I'm not staff, but if you've already submitted a ticket and gone through all the channels to be unbanned, you can't really do anything. If your appeal has been denied they're usually set on their decision.

Unfortunately yes. You can try submitting another ticket and trying to get to a human, but other than that there's nothing you can do.

Just let them know if they send an automated reply "Hi, this did not resolve my issue, I was banned due to my account being compromised" or something along those lines. A previous staff member informed me it's best to let them know your issue was not resolved to get to a human responder.
