Invention Permission Problem

I have this problem where I tried publishing an invention that is fully customisable, and it's not letting me, as shown in the capture below. Any reasons why or fixes or tips to help a lil'?

Does it have a price

I’m pretty sure you can only set priced inventions as use only

try disabling the ticks below the bar

i remember something there disables an option to make it fully editable

@mossy frigate its prob bc uf u used someone elses invention u could only set it to the setting that the original owner has it
