I'm assuming you're using PC, as that's the best option for recording audio/music. For some odd reason above 4:20 it has a hard time saving ... Even though the max time is 5min.
Try to record under or around that time. Also try to record in a fresh empty room, so there's nothing that can disturb your performance or any mishaps.
Try to re-install recroom or clear cookies. Just be mindful to remember your user and pass just in case it signs you out.
Actually try these, just don't say "it doesn't work" assuming for a better answer.

it’s a common bug if you’re cropping the audio, try not to crop the audio
