I had a community team/developer come to me in a game and told me to watch what I say as they say they saw my chat log which I never said anything in chat nor said anything bad. I’m curious if there not allowed to do that. They said all of my information in front of everyone. Now I’m kinda uncomfortable that person who came up to me in a public hangout and as a community team/ developer and start targeting me in front of everybody

First of all were they real staff member?
Cus most likely it would be someone just trying to scare you.

If it was a staff member they wouldn't just call someone out in a public room, that would be unprofessional of them to do that.

Then there is the information,
Question: What was the information that he called out?
Also staff members are not allowed to recite account information in front of others

In other cases, It could could be a volunteer moderate which they must follow conduct rules and still not point out anyone, but they can warn you to behave and not swear.

If there was no warning in the first case then said your account information in public, plus threated you. Then you SHOULD write a TICKET!

No matter what you should write one to let the higher ups know the problem and what happen.

they would ban the account cus you have a video clip which is proof that he was hacking, that is enough to ban the account
