I think at this point in time, the Rec Room playerbase has unintentionally created a political spectrum between people who glaze and hate the game. The entire community is pretty much divided, and players arguing about the state of the game is something common enough to be in nearly every Rec Center one could find themselves in.

This whole thing was kind of just an interesting shower thought I had, although I am unsure whether this idea is even worth thinking about, and I might have potentially just created the dumbest post to ever graze this Discord Server. 🤣

Lmk your thoughts on the idea of Rec Room having politics. 😭

Ngl, as far as dumb posts go, this likely isn't even the top 50. You've got a point

It's annoying. Besides, the smart ones are the ones who stay neutral, and watch everything unravel.

Some random 14-year-old trying to start yet another #saverecroom alliance to make Rec Room a better place by bashing on trendy things like FBA and other stuff like that. From what I remember, that kid was unethical af, and even had a certain red, white, and blue flag in one of his rooms/clubs.

He either got banned or left the server. Either way, it was hilarious. Everyone in #1114546406674419864 was not taking him seriously.

But with that flag, he probably was a racist. There's no telling.

Interesting time indeed, you had to be there.

Probably was in the server, but I missed it

If it was divided, would it be a communist side and a democratic side?

Communism (at least the true, hypothetical version) and democracy are synonymous. The divide would be more of a conservative (return to the old) versus progressive (embrace the new and innovate) one.
