Hi there friendo.
Usually you'll get repeated voice bans for offensive language or actions, sexual language or threatening behaviour over voice chat. These bans can be handed out as early as 20 minutes to as late as 3 days, so you wouldn't know what got you banned.
Unfortunately you cannot appeal voice bans, and nobody here can help you with being voice banned. Please make sure you read the code of conduct! If you believe this has been a mistake, I recommend making a Zendesk ticket regarding it.

It's a 50/50 on me believing you, but I will also mention-- besides bans being handed out at random times for previous chats-- that it can be because of the echo (and I debunked it for myself after getting a warning for something a troll said in my spawnpoint ragebaiting someone). Whatever hooligans you're hanging around with in-game, or whatever you have going on in the background that doesn't sound too good, can also get you caught, so be aware of that. Also, some things are blacklisted that you'd be surprised are considered inappropriate or unprofessional to say in Rec Room. You can swear, like after a jumpscare or getting hurt, for example, but crashing out or cussing out someone/something too loudly can also get you banned.
My point is, you gotta be cleaner than that.

Yeah, it's a head scratcher, but only in the sense of you getting a ban at a random time when you already weren't saying anything, so it's kinda useless. If you said nothing at all, someone likely reported you.

if youre cussing AT ppl its a violation, cussing in general is fine bc its a 13+ game, but any other offensive language, loud screaming or anything disrupting or hurtful is an offense, id suggest looking into community help and asking about offensive language if it keeps on happening

There's a cause and effect to everything. Even if it isn't your fault, some outside reason was, and it would have to be in-game for it to happen. Echo/background noise, spam reports/witch hunting, trolling, people you allow on your accounts because of relative reasons, I can go on. Plus, with moderation bans being super late at times and not immediate, there's no telling what you've gotten yourself into to be vcb. Just be more aware of your environment; there are no accidents, things happen for a reason.
In a sense, that also does mean the moderation somewhat sucks dookie water, so you definitely have to watch yourself at times, because it's not always accurate.
