Level 50 to 51 is 270xp, and assuming every level after that stays the same, you'd need 200 xp every day to reach level 87 in 50 days. I don't think the xp cap for the level up week was specified, but it probably wouldn't be enough to make it possible in 50 days, even assuming it stays at 270xp to level up at every level. Unless the xp cap is raised by much, it'll be impossible to reach level 87 that fast without paying

The difference here is Turbo Goblin is awarded for helping out the game financially. Mods cost money, obviously there should be rewards for playing with mods enabled.
For levelling up, the reward is completely free. You don't need to spend money on it here, it's all from playtime. You don't know, they might do multiple Double XP events in the future. Maybe before the end of the set's availability.

assuming the bonus week is the only time they increase the xp cap, the xp cap needs to be increased to about 350 to make it possible without paying, which isnt likely to happen
so the only likely way itll be possible without paying is by doing multiple xp cap events
