i have an above average pc and it runs other games perfectly fine on full res but on rr it takes so long to load into stuff and its extremly laggy. plus its also very vulnerable to crashes

Lets face it, there's a bajillion reasons why your rec room could be lagging.

It could be an issue of your end

There are things you can do in order to reduce lag

#

Perhaps your PC is overheating?

Perhaps you have too many things running in the background

Perhaps you have something wrong in your files

Idk, rec room can't optimize their game for shit.
My 1 year old quest 2 cant play rec room for more than 10 mins without over heating and teleporting me around

I wish I had answers and solutions, mobile players have better fps than me most of the time

A: thermal throttle
B: bad wifi

If recroom is that bad at optimization when I have low quality and its going into thermal throttle, that's insane because I run other games on full graphics while maintaining 60-90 fps is insane
