my game "misadventure" got deleted as in today at 2:59:30 PM.
there was nothing in the game that was inappropriate or violent. just a cartoon game that I spent WEEKS AND WEEKS on. this is very very VERY upsetting to me. my team worked endlessly for hours and hours on this game, and all of it was deleted and thrown away. fix your team and game rec room. you guys had no purpose to do this.
I put a disclaimer that I didnt own the characters and put the credits to the rightful owners in the description.
and the room was private.

the team or those lazy mods could have warned us about it.
this is enraging to me how your team went on with your day meanwhile one of your crew members took away someones passion project for no exact reason.

I feel your stress and argue, I work at MAActing and my friend Mash has had to rebuild this office over 2 times now cause recroom deleted our first office room then just today our office and all of our hard built sets were deleted and it was cause of inventions like a Pin Board! Recroom is so fucking over with

Think about how that would work in a room made by people with malicious intentions. If they're making inappropriate content or crash guns or whatever else, giving them a big "hey we're considering taking your stuff down" warning would just make them copy and move it around a crapton, which would be a massive hassle for the moderation team to track down.

I do think it's been especially annoying with the inventions stuff, i've heard lots of people talk about their rooms being removed because of inventions contained in them and it sounds like if it ever really is inappropriate content and maybe the person using it didn't realise, it's super unlikely you'll ever be able to get that room reinstated. But if you really think the invention can't have been inappropriate, contact Zendesk and ask what specific invention caused the takedown, and ask how exactly it broke COC OR CCOC
