What have your responses from tickets been in the past? You say they're useless and while i haven't had to make a ticket about your particular situation before, they have almost always been able to help me out.

the room was never published and was never meant to be published, it was akin to a superhero type room ig, we’re thinking the whole project and all its subrooms got deleted just because of a medical poster briefly referring to stds

I sometimes make copies of my rooms and name them backup and never edit or publish it, just keep it as a just in case

I think you should put more effort into finding out the exact reasons why, you might be smearring the reputation of Zendesk support when really you could have gotten all the information you needed out of them by just asking the right questions.

Contact Zendesk support. Clearly and respectfully ask what made them take down your room, making sure to provide them with the room name and any other details they ask for.

@empty flint does Coach Bot not work off of commands anymore? It doesn't show anything for me when i type / but i was able to see some options using "Use Apps"
