Almost every single weapon is in there (besides the burst and paint thrower)

and the splat hammer has a reloading mechanic so you get a chance to kill the enemy before they get a re-charge

So people can't abuse it

The map is basically based on close range so i would recommend using shotguns

if, youre using the splat hammer (which gives you a speed boost btw), you could use the shotgun and get a nice setup for any nearby enemys

Good criticism on the map could have been something like Screenmode players and the dash mechanic or how the jump pads on the map are too powerful. Just saying The map is unbalanced isn't informative.

So I feel that the hammer shouldn’t have the speed boost it makes it hard to counter the holder. And the fact that one of the flags spawns in the hay maze and the other doesn’t have much protection. I do however like the ability to run on the string lights and hop from building to building.

The speed boost is a staple of Rec Room melee items. I don't see them removing it anytime soon.

The sword has the same mechanics.

The main issue is that VR players cannot do the dash

I can get from one flag to the other in around 10 seconds

It's mainly due to children not understanding there's an option to teleport, so they automatically assume it's hacks. What's ironic is there's posters in every RRO telling you to try teleporting.

Only complaint from me is that it feels easier to win as blue

You have high ground built into your base and there's a sniper spawn

Running the red flag back to blue base is like. Comically easy as well

Grab a hammer for the speed boost. Then all you gotta do is jump on the bounce pad outside the hay maze and weave between the buildings and you're basically out

Though maybe there's an equally free strat for red that I haven't found yet

I like the map but it just feels like the blue team has a few small advantages like how their base has a big vantage point with the sniper and the red does not have a vantage point and the fact someone can easily camp behind the blue base where the hammer is and shoot them

I’ve won red all the times I’ve played so far (5). You grab a hammer for the boost and grab the flag then run towards the right side of the slide (if you’re looking at it while behind) and run between the little buildings and get to the tents to run under as cover which will get you right into the hay maze
