Token purchase on PC not working

I'm trying to get some tokens with my 30 dollar steam gift card.

Whenever I try to buy tokens, it loads for 20 seconds and says the transaction timed out.

I tried restarting the game, Its fine if i cant get tokens rn but itd be nice

Have you tried to open a ticket and see if they can help?
