Ppl complain too much “Turning to Ai” “Not like old recroom” “removing devs” the problem is only rec room a little bit, the real bigger problem is YOU not having enough fun dude.

Like it has updates, every game has updates…and they upgraded more because technology is more advanced you can even have custom shirts and a fun roomie just have fun if you can’t stop complaining and you don’t have any friends to play with I get that but once you find your community I promise you it’s fun.

half of the old friends back in 2020 and 2018 had probably left but you had fun with them if you didn’t then you probably would’ve got off at first.

Just saying find your community then have fun 🤷🏻

Ai also helps the game develop and grow for players and the makers even if it doesn’t look like it, Ai is also about being social most of the time.

Yeah, it has its applications, I don't think it should be written off completely. It can be used in plenty of ways that don't undermine creativity

AI does not help game development in a meaningful way. It adds original concepts, and often stolen/modified assets. AI cannot be social because it isnt real. Ai does not feel emotion, it only pretends to.

hacking can be fixed, although in games with open source it's most definitely more difficult to patch. no one will have the right mind to learn an entire coding language just to have 15 minutes of ruining the game.

there are games where cheaters and hackers tend to not bother
team fortress for one example, then again steam is good with security so that's ruled out. I think.

on topic of the post though, rec room is half and half; sure there are a few issues like no transition between jumping and other stances so there's an odd animation artifact with jumping while crouching or crawling, or a new issue with saving inventions with too many components. However, there's lots of games being pumped out daily. combat, horror, story, sandbox, etc.

Literally Every video game has hackers not everyone can help that because people sneak through the data and so that’s js complaining about the games IN rec room unless it’s a rro/rec room original then that’s a problem but its definitely not just there fault

Lowkey, rr is struggling, yes theres positives, but to make the game better and to fix it, you first need to evaluate the problem. We cant ignore the problems or the game will get worse. I get all the 'lets stay positive guys!' Energy youre trying to bring but being truthful with yourself and the community is way better for the games future

Negativity might be bad, but it is prime to fixing something, rr needs feedback from the community, im all for positivity bc i am quite a positive person but negativity is also key to fixing a problem. Your second statement, as we wait, more problems seem to pop up, so we wait, and more pop up, its a loop of thing bugging, and fixing, and bugging, and fixing. Going as usual is what keep us trapped in that mess.
