breasts are not inherently sexual just like male pecs or muscles, a bulge is seen as sexual because its a sexual organ, thats like me asking for them to add camel toes.

It’s the way people are using the adjust sliders with the item that is making it wrong. Creators need to have an option to customize how much people can use the body sliders with their item
